License management

License management​

License management provides administrators with visibility and control over the license distribution in the system. The module displays license statistics through visual charts and a comprehensive user table, allowing administrators to efficiently manage license assignments and ensure optimal license utilization.

Each license plan has a limited number of available licenses that can be assigned to users. Administrators can view how many licenses are assigned and how many remain available for each plan.

Access license management​

To access the License Management page:

  • Navigate to the admin settings page by clicking the gear icon in the navigation bar ⚙
  • Click "Admin settings".
  • Navigate to the "License Management" tab.
💡tip

Only users with admin privileges (dc_admin role) can access the License Management module.

View license​

The license management page displays the main table displays all users in the system with their current license assignments. On the right side of the page, you will see two donut charts, one for each license plan type with the assigned and available licenses.
